Flowers And Felines! :)

Those who follow my blog know that Cali, our mamma cat, decided to leave us once her babies were grown. It broke my heart, but at least I knew she was a good huntress and no longer able to populate our country neighborhood.
After being gone for a few months she surprised us by showing up again, and taking advantage of fresh food, water, and my happy affection! :) At first she hissed at her grown kids, unable to tolerate them coming near her. Now she's been around for a week, and is tolerating her kids much better! Who knows, maybe she will decide to live with us again on a permanent basis! I'm no longer putting her in for the night, with the others, allowing her the solitude she seems to require. :)
All the felines are enjoying the Spring weather and flowers! :)

Sometimes they are like added blooms in the flower beds! :)

I'm always to happy to spot one of the Mason Bees making it's rounds, and know that my purchase is still paying off! :)
This time of year they are babies, and completely black. Toward Fall they will be adults and will have more noticeable hair and color on them! :)
A variety of other bees are busy among the flowers, too! :)

Gerdy enjoys smelling the flowers like I do! :)

It's so nice to have Cali back, and know that all my felines are here, at least for now! :)
Happy Easter Everyone!!! :)

One Week Until Spring! :)

One week from today it will officially be Spring! If I didn't know better I'd say Spring is already here! :)

Even Gerdy-girl, (who spends rainy days in the shop), has come outside to enjoy the occasional nice weather! :)
The Copra and Walla Walla onions are in the garden! :)
And though I didn't capture a hummingbird in my lens, yet, they are here zipping around the yard and frequenting the feeder! :)
For those who may be tiring of Winter, chin up! There's only one week until Spring! :)
