The Groundhog Wins! :)

 The weather report says we have 0% precipitation today! It's to be Cold and Dry! :)

 The Groundhog says we have 6 more weeks of Winter! :)

 The weather report is right about it being cold, ...

 But judging from the unexpected snow fall this morning, ... it seems the furry critter has a better paw on the pulse of Mother Nature! :)
Since it's been a drier Winter than usual, and there's a need to add more to the mountain snow pack, ... I am happy to say that in today's contest between the weather report and the Groundhog, ...
