The Long And Short Of It! :)

 I love this time of year, (as July greets August), when the garden season is in full swing! :)

 I especially enjoy seeing plants in the yard and garden reaching new heights, some even towering over my head! :)

 I thrill in it every year! :)

... That's the long and short of it! :)

In The Jungle The Lion Sleeps!? :)

 While out in the garden, I kept hearing a song run through my mind! :) ...

 "In the jungle, the quiet jungle, the lion sleeps tonight."

 "In the jungle, the peaceful jungle, the lion sleeps tonight!"

 "Weeeeeeeeeee-a-wee I'm on my way!"

 "Hush my darling, don't fear my darling, the lion sleeps tonight."

 "Hush my darling, don't fear my darling, the lion sleeps tonight!" ...

 Everywhere I turned it seemed I was seeing lions in a jungle! :) ...

Only My "Lions" Weren't Sleeping! :)
