It's been awhile since I've shared a blog post since I'm having problems with my old laptop and with my camera. This is my first post using my newer laptop and my cell phone for photos. So far so good!
If you're ready, Sylvester will be our guide! :)
His job is to keep us moving and to keep me from talking!
His expression says he's up to the task, so here we go! :)
Since you've not visited in awhile, why don't we walk around and see what's in bloom on this sunny Spring day! :)
I'm reminded, "Less talking, more walking!" :)
Do you see the little tree frog laying within the folds of the Brass Band Rose? :)
Would you like to see the veggie garden? The tall items are volunteers from last year's garden! :)
I'm excited about using the old greenhouse frame in a new way! :) We've strung it with twine and I planted pole green beans and pole peas to climb up the sides! Within I've planted cabbage and lettuce. The peas and beans should offer shade as they grow! We lined up the frames for a fun walkway! :)
The 2nd green house frame has our traditional tomato plants in it! I was able to buy my tried and true plants, 4 Big Beef; 1 Sun Gold; & 1 Juliet! :)
The pumpkins and squash are sprouting! :)
I'm starting a new strawberry row this year! :)
The volunteer poppies are already inviting bees into the garden! :)
The peas and beans are sprouting too, already starting to offer the first bit of shade! :)
Sylvester has been patient here in the garden! :)
He's getting lovey-dovey and I can guess what's coming next! :)
He's my leg hugger! Those claws can prick! Time to move on! :)
I won't talk, we'll just keep walking around the property and look around as we go! :)
The fruit trees are starting to produce! :)
Sylvester has been a good guide and kept me moving! :)
I've missed these visits so thanks for stopping by! We look forward to your visiting again! :)
Enjoy what's left of Spring! :)
