Last night we had a soft Summer shower! :)
It's one of many signs that reminds us Fall is just around the corner.
As the sunny areas of the lawn are now brown, from the long run of Summer heat, ...
the soft shower is refreshing! :)
The shower greatly benefits the areas of the yard I don't bother watering, ...
And gives me a break from my daily watering routine in the garden! :)
The felines seem to find it refreshing too, and are playful! :)
The hammock dries quickly this time of year, with the daily temps in the 70's and 80's! :) ...
As does the deck, where Coal likes to lie! :) ...
When he's not laying in front of the French doors, taking in the morning sun! :)
With the long, wonderful string of Summer weather we've been enjoying, ... there's something very pleasant, and refreshing, about a soft Summer shower! :)
